MEGA XL GPS
Designed and engineered in-house utilizing the ultimate in cycling GPS technology, the Mega XL GPS is a must-have device for serious riders. It has a large, 2.7-inch 240x400 high-resolution screen with the option of vertical or horizontal viewing. It can simultaneously pair with Bluetooth Smart or ANT+™ enabled power meters, heart rate monitors, speed/cadence sensors, and compatible electronic drivetrains. When paired with an iOS or Android handheld through the free Lezyne Ally V2 app, the device provides live turn-by-turn navigation and phone notifications (incoming calls, texts, and message app notifications). It also offers offline navigation and can be instantly customized.
Live tracking (Lezyne Track) can be activated in the app to let friends and family follow rides in real time. Furthermore, the device is equipped with GPS/GLONASS, a barometer, and an accelerometer. Combined, these significantly improve accuracy and data recording.

Awesome battery life is the big selling point for this one. It claims up to a whopping 48 hours thanks to its use of a 2.7-inch black and white screen rather than a power-sapping colour one. It will pair with your phone and ANT+ sensors and you can customise the array of data fields you see on-screen. Unusually, this solid little unit can be mounted in either portrait or landscape format. It feels solid enough to stand a few bumps and knocks, making it a good choice if you enjoy riding trails.

I didn’t have to charge the Mega GPS XL once in over a month of testing, using it once or twice a week for up to two hours at a time. This battery life really does blow every other GPS computer out of the water.
With battery life that the Duracell bunny (Energizer bunny if you’re in the US) would admire, Lezyne has done an impressive job with offering these fully-featured computers at the price it does.
The MEGA XL is bound to become any cyclist’s best friend. This device is definitely right up there with what the bigger GPS boys in the industry are offering
I will say that nothing I’ve used comes close to matching the Mega XL quantity and quality of features for its price. It’s what I’ll be recommending to people.
